International Data Center Intelligence

LandGate provides global data center intelligence. This global coverage includes:

• Americas: United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico.

• Europe: Albania, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

• Asia-Pacific: Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.

• Middle East & Africa: Gabon, Israel, Mali, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tunisia, Turkey.

For each data center outside of the US, LandGate provides the site name, status (proposed, approved, active, withdrawn), location (county, city, province [for Canada], address, coordinates) , operator name, data center type, white space, gross power, number or racks, rack capacity, power usage effectiveness (PUE), UPS redundancy, contact information (email & phone), and year of operation. Site-specific details for Canada can be viewed on the map in LandGate’s platform, while the data for other countries is only available as an export or .csv file.

Access depends on the region:

• US & Canada: Data center sites are fully integrated into the interactive map within LandGate’s vertical intelligence platform.

• International (All other countries): Data for the remaining countries is available as a dedicated export (.csv or Excel). This allows you to integrate the intelligence directly into your own internal GIS or financial models.
